Dr. Joel S. Hirschhorn of the Blue State Conservative is once again reiterating his belief that vitamin D could have been the solution to the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) – not “vaccines.”
If everyone who wanted to would have gotten a blood test for vitamin D rather than take a fraudulent PCR test for an alleged “virus” that, quite frankly, has never even been isolated, millions of lives could have been saved.
“Excellent research has found that you need a blood level of at least 50 ng/ml,” Hirschhorn writes. “Sadly, very few people get their blood tested for vitamin D. Past studies have generally found Americans have much lower levels.”
Generally speaking, health authorities around the world could have told people to either go outside in the sun without sunscreen every day for a few minutes, or take, say, 5,000 international units (IU) of a vitamin D3 supplement every day, which is a safe amount. Instead, they pushed lockdowns, masks and now “vaccines.”
“It is a disgrace that governments worldwide have not promoted use of D, and that physicians have not urged their patients to take it,” Hirschhorn says. (Related: Check out this Vitamin D Infographic to learn more about the many other amazing health benefits of vitamin D.)
“All this is inexplicable, unless you see the evil influence of Big Pharma. All the U.S. government officials who pushed vaccines over vitamin D, especially Fauci, should be criminally prosecuted.”
Hirschhorn says he personally takes 8,000 IU of vitamin D every day, which is a perfectly safe amount – some people safely take upwards of 50,000 or even 100,000 IU of vitamin D daily, though it is important to also take vitamin K2 of both the MK-4 and MK-7 types for proper synthesis.
Taking just that relatively modest amount, Hirschhorn says his most recent blood test showed in the low 60s, which is considered optimal. He also takes quercetin, zinc and vitamin C for an added immune boost.
All of these supplements are either free – the best form of vitamin D is from the sun, it turns out – or very inexpensive. They are nothing compared to the untold billions of dollars that were spent on useless personal protective equipment (PPE), masks and chemical injections.
“Unlike vaccines with their multitude of serious adverse impacts, including death, there are no negative impacts of D,” Hirschhorn says. “Note that even today about 300 Americans are dying every day from COVID despite all the vaccine / booster shots.”
“And if you choose the D strategy, please demand a blood test for D so you can confirm you are taking enough to get to at least 50 ng/ml in blood.”
In an article, Hirschhorn further outlined with specifics how to rapidly increase one’s serum 25(OH)D levels for protection against not only covid but all other infections and diseases.
“For non-obese 70 kg adults, the recommended longer-term vitamin D3 maintenance dose is 5000 IU / (0.125 µg) day or 50,000 IU (1.25 mg) / week (or every ten days),” he explains.
“Nevertheless, this regimen takes a few months to reach the desired serum 25(OH)D concentration above 50 ng/mL. It can be expedited by ingesting vitamin D, 10,000 IU/day (250 µg/day) for 8 to 10 weeks and reverting to the daily dose of 5000 IU. Rectifying vitamin D deficiency costs less than 0.1% of the costs related to evaluating and treating comorbidities and complications associated with vitamin D deficiency.”
